01 — My Story
My name is Giulia Bisonni.
I am a trauma-informed Somatic Movement teacher, using the body as the entry point for healing.
I trained in the SAH Method™ and in Somatic Embodiment & Regulation Strategies. Both taught me the same thing from different angles: the body holds what the mind can't yet put into words.
My work supports emotional release and integration through a body-focused, bottom-up approach. We start with sensation, breath, and movement, not with analysis.
Sessions welcome every body and every ability, no choreography, nothing to get right. Nothing is forced; the nervous system sets the pace, and we follow it.
What tends to come out of this work is a steadier relationship with your own body: more capacity to feel, and less need to hold everything together.
